Membership

There are three forms of Membership:

  • Full Members shall be fully contributing Members of the Company and are entitled to attend all meetings (other than Board meetings) and are entitled to one vote per membership.
  • Associate Members are entitled to attend all meetings (other than Board meetings) and have the right to speak at such meetings, but are not contributing members and have no entitlement to vote at meetings.
  • Observers have the right to attend all meetings (other than Board meetings and meetings designated by the Board to be for Members and Associate Members only) but do not have the right to address the meetings without the permission of the Convener. Observers do not have the entitlement to vote at meetings.
