The Industry Training Group will work closely with contractors, training providers and industry bodies to ensure that the qualifications, training facilities and technical guidance relevant to stone and slate are fit for purpose and meet the needs of the construction industry. The Group will also work to raise knowledge and skill levels within the industry both at craft and professional levels and ensure that training is supported in a sustainable manner through use of good procurement practices.
